• Business information: business name, owner name, Google and Facebook review links
• Review data: star ratings and feedback text submitted by your customers through your QR code chat page
• Billing information: handled entirely by Fungies — we never see or store your card details
• Usage data: QR codes generated, reviews received, plan usage, trial status

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and provide the ReviewCrit service
• To generate your QR codes and run your AI chat page
• To manage your subscription, trial period, and plan limits
• To improve the platform

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever
• We do not share your customers' feedback with third parties
• We do not use your business data to train AI models

5. Third Party Services We Use

• MongoDB — database
• Fungies — payment processing and subscription management
• Anthropic (Claude API) — powers the AI chatbot conversations
• Vercel — website hosting

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, including during and after a trial period. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
