Terms of Service

1. What ReviewCrit Is

ReviewCrit is a web-based SaaS platform that helps businesses generate QR codes and run AI-powered chat conversations to collect customer reviews. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person or agency
• You must provide accurate information when signing up

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full unlimited access to all features. After 3 days, an active paid subscription is required to continue generating or using QR codes. Accounts that do not upgrade after the trial period will be locked but not deleted.

4. What You Can Do

• Generate QR codes within your plan limits
• Use the AI chat page to collect reviews from your customers
• Access your review dashboard and notifications
• Share your coupon code with people you trust (if applicable)

5. What You Cannot Do

• Use ReviewCrit for any illegal purpose
• Fake or manipulate reviews
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform
• Resell access to your account to others
• Use the platform to collect data from minors

6. Plan Limits

• Free Trial: unlimited access for 3 days from signup
• Starter ($29/month): 45 QR codes per calendar month
• Agency ($59/month): 150 QR codes per calendar month
• Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month
• Going over your limit will trigger an upgrade prompt — we do not charge overage fees

7. No Guarantee of Results

ReviewCrit provides tools to help you request and route reviews. We cannot guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, or business outcomes. Results depend on your customers and your business.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Intellectual Property

ReviewCrit and all its content, design, and technology are owned by us. You keep full ownership of your business data and customer review data.

10. Limitation of Liability

ReviewCrit is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where ReviewCrit operates.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by dashboard notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
