1. Free Trial

Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full unlimited access — no credit card required. This lets you test the full ReviewCrit experience — generate QR codes, get them scanned, and see the AI chat work — before spending anything.

2. No Refunds After Payment

Because ReviewCrit is a digital service that gives you immediate access to all features upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a billing period has started.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Exceptions

We will consider refund requests on a case by case basis in exceptional circumstances — for example, if a technical error on our side prevented you from using the platform entirely. Contact us at businessabdallah@gmail.com within 48 hours of the issue.

5. Billing Disputes
